Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the 601 website or mobile application, you are legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a binding agreement between 601 and its users. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms apply to adult users only. No one under the age of 18 may use the 601 platform. Providing a false date of birth during registration is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
601 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with 601. Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, they may be deactivated or terminated.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful identity information.
- Do not hack or misuse any system on the platform.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or personal information.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
- Do not use automated bots or scripts for betting or gaming.
Platform Usage Rules
601 is an entertainment and betting platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slot games, and lottery services. The following rules apply to all users:
- The outcome of every bet or game is final — no appeals for result changes will be accepted.
- If a technical error produces an abnormal outcome, 601 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- Promotional offers and bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which apply separately.
- Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match is prohibited.
- 601 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from service interruptions.
601 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Temporary disruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance.
Payments, Transactions & Account Funds
All financial transactions on 601 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Approved mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit
Identity verification may be required before depositing funds into your account. The minimum deposit limit must be met. In the case of a failed transaction, the terms of your bank or mobile service provider will apply.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. 601 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
Anti-Money Laundering
601 complies with anti-money laundering laws. 601 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The 601 platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. 601 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server downtime, internet disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any financial loss from betting or gaming is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
The 601 platform's logos, designs, software, content, and all intellectual property are owned by 601. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The 601 platform may contain links to third-party game providers or payment services. 601 is not responsible for the quality, security, or content of these third-party services. Their own terms and conditions apply when you use them.
Account Suspension, Closure & Applicable Law
Account Suspension or Termination
601 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Providing false or fabricated identity information.
- Participating in fraud or any unlawful activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Misuse of the platform's systems.
If an account is closed, the process for returning any approved balance will be determined at 601's discretion.
Closing Your Own Account
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets must be settled before the account can be closed.
Applicable Law
